Refund Policy


You fully understand that you are committing to participate in this program and that you hereby contractually agreeing to and authorizing to make the payment(s) for the Program under the payment plan indicated.

Cancel your Registration – Due to the nature and intensive preparation that is involved with planning our programs, All payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration and you have outstanding payments remaining you acknowledge and agree to complete the final payments in accordance to the payment plan indicated. If for some reason you cannot attend the program and need to cancel your spot please contact our office at hello@philipmckernan.com to notify.

Transfer Your Registration – Braveheart Media LLC will consider a transfer of your registration in the event that you need to cancel your spot. Before a transfer is approved the potential applicant will be subject to an application process and interview. If the transfer request is accepted than a transfer fee of $250 will apply. Transfers are available only when the tuition is paid in full. The transfer must take place at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the program. Transfers are not accepted once the program has commenced.

Program Changes – BraveHeart Media, LLC reserves the right to reschedule workshops and/or substitute coaches. BraveHeart Media, LLC reserves the right to terminate this contract. Should the contract be terminated, refunds will only be given for the remaining portion of the program that was not completed.
